Quetiapine can be used to treat hallucinations and delusions in Parkinson's Disease (unlicensed use) in patients with no cognitive impairment.
Quetiapine for this condition should only be initiated on request from a Parkinson's specialist. Note added January 2025 - this drug should be prescribed on initiated by a specialist.
