Only for prescribig on the NHS for seborrhoeic dermatitis and pityriasis versicolor. FP10 prescriptions must be endorsed with SLS.

The prescribing of ketoconazole for tinea pedis (athlete's foot) or other fungal skin infections is not permissiable on the NHS.
